Christmas

Last night I went to the Nokomis Trunk Show, featuring some great Canadian designers. One of them was called Toodlebunny, and they were selling some of the most beautiful jewellery. I bought myself a pair of earrings- something I never do. Ever. I never buy earrings. The last pair I obtained came from Kenton's work. One of his boss's makes wooden jewellery on the side. So I didn't even buy them, they were given to me.

But this jewellery was impossible to pass up last night. Why am I mentioning this, where are the pictures of Wren, you are saying!
I bring it up because Christmas is around the corner, and whoever drew my name should know that I love Nokomis. And after being in the store last night and seeing all the beautiful clothes and jewellery they have this winter, above anything else, even Anthropologie, I want Nokomis. Or at least something in it. And if you have never stepped foot in there, you really need to. They have more than clothes, but baby gifts, tea towels and tea cozies, calendars, slippers, shoes, mittens, it goes on.

This is the link to the Nokomis blog.

Here is a page from the Toodlebunny website showing their new earrings. Mine aren't there, but another pair I loved are. Bottom right, the circles. Aren't they sweet?

Sigh.

  1. Sad to have missed it! Can't wait to see your new earrings! (You should probably just capture yourself wearing them and show us a picture!)
