Moving on from a anti-climatic Halloween and onto better things

I'm spent. Honestly, what were the chances I'd do a post about being outside and then get stuck inside for a week. In flu season, I guess that is fairly likely.

Like I said yesterday, Wren was sick so we didn't trick or treat. We made her the scavenger hunt instead which worked just fine, pictures below of her eating the goodies!

This was Ellie, sweet as usual and in a good mood. She feels so grown up when she sits by herself.

Wren was sick...but she hides it well!

Now, today Ellie is crazy sick and Wren is slowly on the mend. She got outside for the first time this week and helped Kenton shovel some snow.

Kenton and I were exhausted today from a sleepless night so we decided to take down all the Halloween decorations and move onto Christmas.

We may have set up our tree...

Then Wren looked out the front window and said "Where's Santa Cause? No, da real one! In his sleigh!" 

She has a while to wait...
