Morning of the Wedding...

So this was the morning of the wedding. We only had a few things left to the last minute. Here, Andrea is writing out the bios for her wedding party, which the other bridesmaids eventually took over.

Jess was there at 6-some ungodly hour of the morning to get ready first.

That also means that Chelsie was there too. Chelsie is my friend and did the hair and make-up for my wedding, and my friend Daisha's.

One thing I have come to learn about Chelsie is that she is a machine when it comes to getting things done with limited time. She was amazing.

Carly brought her computer, and Jess brought all season of The Office to take our mind off of our nervous excitement. Even my mom got into it and said, "I need to watch this show!" It was her first time seeing it.

Carly reviewed the bios.

Dad was in the house, then out of the house, then pacing around, then in the garage, then back in the house. Just a tad bit nervous.

Lisa was up.

I may have made a stop to Starbucks in the morning. I got to come at 8am to the house because they had mercy on the momma.

Andrea's hair was beautiful. Of course, in all the excitement I didn't catch a picture of the finished product. My mom was also really excited about her shoes. She loves shoes.

I found the girls in the bathroom checking themselves out.

And then our real photographer came and you will just have to wait to see her amazing work when Andrea and Cam get their photos back.

I didn't forget to show you the dress on Wrennie. She was soo sweet that day. She was in the second row in the church during the ceremony with Nana and Dad. She melted some of the nervousness of the bride when she developed the hiccups. It was so cute!

The whole day went so well. Nearly perfect. I mean, every wedding is bound to have small things go wrong, but from where I was, I didn't notice if it did.

I guess you will just have to wait until those beautiful pictures come back and then I can say more about the fantastic day!

A few of us got to take some flowers home. Andrea used vintage watering cans for the flower arrangements at the front of the church. Lindsay Best did her flowers and clearly did an amazing job. Andrea was thrilled with her work and everyone was talking about how beautiful the flowers were. Note: this is a picture of the flowers 2 days after the wedding and they are holding up pretty good!

P.S. Wrennie only came to the ceremony and not the reception. She went for her very first sleepover at Nana's instead. They had a great evening and Wrennie slept right through the night!
