Summer? You there?

The day after we came home from New York, it was like summer outside and Wrennie was loving it. We brought out her kiddie pool to splash around in!

For anyone in Edmonton that doesn't fake n' bake, the start of summer can mean exposing some chunky, white knees...and Wren is no exception, but man is she cute!

Make sure to slather sunscreen on your child when outdoors. Especially if their skin matches their hat.

A few days later, it was Fall. Wrennie had a few new duds from the grandparents. One was a fleece lined coat. I scoffed. And then I ate my words when the temperature dropped. Hehe..

Today Wrennie enjoyed a strawberry yogurt freezer pop. Yum! C'mon summer!
But really, who cares about popsicles, I just want to eat those cute little cheeks...

A few have asked how she did while we were away. The answer? Great. 

She did seem to notice once in a while that we weren't there...like hearing someone come down the stairs, and she would look and say, "Da?!" But other than that, she had a blast with all of her grandparents! Hurray!
