I really wanted to keep November from getting out of hand this year. We celebrated Kenton, Kyle, Jordan, Andrea and Wren's birthdays as well as my parent's 33rd and our 5th wedding anniversaries. Holy crap.
To keep things under control, we had a joint birthday party celebration for everyone. It was such a smart idea this year and made our November a little less crazy in the end :)
So Wren is big into princesses like I mentioned yesterday, and she got the ultimate princess dress...
She loved showing it off and felt pretty darn good in it!
Ellie also loved it and hugged her about 10 times. Such a cute moment!
Ellie was interested in all of Wren's new things, but she did well and messed around with whatever Wren put to the side.
Wren eventually ended up in a Minnie Mouse dress. She had a good anti-climatic moment when she opened Uncle Kyle's present and seem completely unenthused. (She wasn't, but was just kind of overwhelmed by the end of gift opening). It was quite funny because she didn't know what to think of the doll he gave her...
...but Ellie thought this doll was the bomb. (It was the doll from the new Disney movie, Frozen).

After this weekend, Wren is officially partied out and tonight we will start decorating for Christmas!
(Ellie dove into Wren's new dress up box and had a mini luau. Cutest.)
And yes, I forgot to do a post for Kenton's birthday which was on the 27th. It was too crazy for me to stop and do anything of the sort. But I did take him to Tavern 1903 which was so good, I would highly recommend it!!
